Sunki is an associate at Big Basin Capital. 

 

Prior to his career at Big Basin Capital, he was responsible for executing company researches, evaluating firms’ technology, and providing financial assistance programs to SMEs and startups at Korea Technology Finance Corporation. He also executed due diligence on various firms in different industries such as manufacturing, IT, electrical engineering, and biology etc. Based on the information, he handled the tasks of technology evaluation, venture/inno-biz evaluation for certification, selected hidden champions, and provided consulting service and follow-up service.

 

Earlier, Sunki worked at the department of planning & coordination in Hyundai Motors. He was a researcher of intelligence property, performing development, strategy, analysis and management of patents for electric motor vehicles hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, etc. Moreover, he learned respect and understanding for founders of startups through participating in society of business venturing and being awarded at startup competition.

 

Sunki majored in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Yonsei University.
